Kids Are All Right (2010)

My Views

This movie had this aura of being good. It doesn't require anyone to be hyper about anything at all.. Cool stuff with cool people doing cool things, like, lesbian couple having kids from somebody else's sperms and then rearing them, etc. Its a good watch.

Plot

Nic and Jules are in a long term, committed, loving but by no means perfect relationship. Nic, a physician, needs to wield what she believes is control, whereas Jules, under that control, is less self-assured. During their relationship, Jules has floundered in her "nine to five" life, sometimes trying to start a business - always unsuccessfully - or being the stay at home mom. She is currently trying to start a landscape design business. They have two teen-aged children, Joni and Laser, Nic who is Joni's biological mother, and Jules who is Laser's biological mother. Although not exact replicas, each offspring does more closely resemble his/her biological mother in temperament. Joni and Laser are also half-siblings, having the same unknown sperm donor father. Shortly after Joni's eighteenth birthday and shortly before she plans to leave the house and head off to college...

Splice (2009)

Plot

Two young rebellious scientists are told by their employers to halt groundbreaking work that has seen them produce new creatures with medical benefits by splicing together multiple organisms' DNA. They decide to secretly continue their work, but this time splicing in human DNA.

My Views

I think the people connected with science would understand most of the jargon used in the movie. The jumbled species shown was excellent. I especially loved its winged avatar. The insect like wings were definitely a nice do to the girl. But I don't understand why do they always fall short of ideas and use the same old thing that has been repeated a thousand times. Its not a very creative movie for the theme is identical to that of a mixture of species and movies alike . I wish there were more serious thoughts given to the mouse-human-horse-insect hybrid creature.

Eamon - How Could you Bring Him Home

Eamon Jonathan Doyle also known as Eamon, is an American R&B singer-songwriter was born on September 19, 1984. He is known for his hit single, "Fuck It (I Don't Want You Back)" and (How Could You) Bring Him Home.

Some of the songs written by Eamon are in the style called Ho-Wop, which blends the smoothness of R&B with the grittiness of hip-hop. Eamon's songs are typically soft ballads mixed with aggressive lyrics in the theme of infidelity.

I love this song of his which goes like

(How Could You) Bring Him Home

The other one is

Fuck It (i don´t want you back)

Enjoy.

Cheap comedy. But it will stay in your mind becoz of Natalie Portmann.
